Rebecca Rolfe
Becs has been lucky enough to have sailed on big boats all her life. Bec's dad 'Captain Jeff' is one of the skippers on the programme and has owned 'Workout' since 1989 and family Worboys as a result spent many happy summers cruising around the Solent. Unfortunately for Jeff, when it comes to racing, out of the family of five, two are terrified of 'tipping' and one is completely uninterested - so Becs - middle child - joined the race team at 16 and has loved every minute. She is married to Dave Rolfe and together with the other trustees set up the charity in 2014 and has been involved ever since!

Olly Bennett
Olly’s first experience sailing was as a 7 year old being pushed out onto a lake on his own. It took a couple of months before he realised this was an act of kindness on the part of his father and not treachery. Ever since Olly has spent as much time as possible on the water whether racing, instructing beginners of all ages or simply messing around. Through school and university he enjoyed sailing so much he decided to make a career of it and joined the Royal Navy, although it turned out modern warships didn’t have any sails! Now a civilian again Olly takes any chance to get on the water with friends especially weekends with Shadowfax Racing.

Nikki Paul
Nikki started sailing aged 7, on the Lymington River dodging the Isle of Wight ferry in an Optimist (aka a floating bathtub). She soon moved on to other dinghies and became a regular cadet crew travelling round the country to compete in events. Finally opting for the slightly drier world of yacht racing, Nikki is a Commercially Endorsed skipper and has competed in many national and international racing events. She joined the crew of Shadowfax in 2012 and won the J109 national championship with them in 2013. Nikki helped Dave Rolfe and the team set up Shadowfax Racing and has been an active member of the charity ever since.
